Please download at least the VHD from http://aka.ms/getwin2012 you might want to bring the ISO too.

Leave work for the Day and learn how to deploy and use Windows 2012. Both Boot to VHD and bare metal installs will be happening.  You are welcome to bring your server and get it ready to drop into your work environment.  If you would rather just get it running on your laptop, that is ok too.  We will start the day with lecture while you get everything setup and ready to build.  We then jump into Hands-On-Labs and walk you (step-by-step) through the installation process.  We will have experts on hand to answer your questions on Windows Server 2012.   You will need to bring your own media.   If you want to use evaluation software, please download it from http://aka.ms/getwin2012.  To get the most out of the labs, download the VHD and the ISO.  We will use the VHD for Boot2VHD and for getting some Hyper-V guests setup and communicating with each other.   If you have the time, you might want to also download System Center 2012 http://aka.ms/SC2012Eval and we will help you get your private cloud deployment started.

Please bring hardware compatible with Windows Server 2012.  Also, if bringing a server or desktop, bring everything you will need to work on it (keyboard, mouse, monitor, power cords, DVD drive, etc)
