You can go directly to the new portal at http://portal.azure.com The production Azure (main) portal is http://portal.windowsazure.com
Once you are on the new portal, you can switch to the Azure portal by clicking on Azure Portal from the HOME screen
From any screen, you can also click on your name in the upper right corner for a dropdown menu where you can then click on Full Azure Portal
From the Main Azure Portal, you can click on your name and select switch to new portal
